How do I make sure I order the right pot size?
We tag everything with proper size dimensions and give you recommendations for plants to pair with your pots! If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support staff and we will be happy to assist you with any questions or planting concerns.

When will I receive my order?
We ship orders Monday through Friday on all available shipping carriers. If you have ordered your plants on a Thursday or a Friday, your plants will be shipped the following Monday to avoid shipping times in dark boxes. Non-plant items will be shipped promptly on Thursdays and Fridays.

How do you ship plants and pots safely?
We have years of experience shipping plants and fragile items & have picked up a variety of tricks along the way! Regardless, sometimes accidents do happen. If there is any damage with your order, please take a photo and reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your plant or package and we will correct the issue as soon as possible. Our pots are carefully wrapped and shipped separately from other large or fragile items to protect them. Sometimes packages may arrive in multiple boxes to protect inventory. If your full shipment hasn’t arrived within 24 hours of package tracking saying ‘delivered’, please reach out to us.

Why do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping for all orders over $35.00 shipped domestically. We currently do not offer free shipping internationally or for smaller package orders.

What do I do if I receive a broken item?
Take a photo of the damage and shoot us an email! Our customer service team works Monday through Friday and will promptly respond to your message and send you out a replacement plant or package.
